Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information heyteamenuu.com (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”) collects from visitors, why we collect it, and what choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. We are an informational website about HeyTea menu items. We do not sell products, process orders, or take payments, so we never handle credit card or banking details.

The only place you actively submit information is our contact form. When you use it, we receive the following:
- Your name (or whatever name you enter)
- Your email address
- The subject line and message content
- The date and time of submission
We use this solely to read and respond to your message. We do not add contact form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent them.
Information Collected Automatically
Like nearly every website, our servers and analytics tools automatically log:
- IP address (typically truncated or anonymized by our analytics provider)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
- Approximate geographic region, derived from IP address
- Referring website or search engine
- Pages viewed, time on page, and click behavior
- Date and time of each visit
This data is aggregated and used to understand which pages are useful and where the Site is slow or broken.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. We and our third-party partners use them for the following purposes:
Essential cookies keep the Site functioning and secure.
Analytics cookies help us count visitors and understand navigation patterns.
Advertising cookies used by Google and its partners to serve and measure ads.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not break the Site’s core content, though some features may behave differently.
3. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising
We display advertising through Google AdSense. The following disclosures are required and apply to your use of this Site:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising.
- Third-party ad networks other than Google may also place cookies on your device. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by each vendor’s own privacy policy.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. We have enabled IP anonymization where available.
5. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor how the Site appears in search results. Search Console provides us with aggregated, anonymized data about search queries and click-through rates. It does not identify individual users to us.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to messages sent through the contact form
- Measure and improve site performance and content quality
- Understand which menu pages readers find most useful
- Serve and measure advertising

- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site, including our web host, analytics provider, advertising partners, and email service. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
8. Data Retention
Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for reference, typically no longer than 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention setting. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
9. Your Privacy Rights
